I want to take the time to write this review as I feel that Turners have always taken the time to work with me throughout every stage of the process of “where to call home” - wether that be initial conversations discussing options and ideas as to what would be right for me or showing understanding when what I want has changed entirely. 

Life presents so many twists and turns but the reason I would always contact Turners is because they understand what’s personal to me. Not only do they understand the value of the unusual properties that present in Hebden Bridge and surrounds, but they also take time to value what important to their clients. They take time to listen and consider all options and put the client first. Having sold and bought twice with Turners, I really respect their way of working. Recently I put my home on the market in order to downsize - then fortunes changed and I have decided to take it off the market (I’m happily now staying with my new partner) - Turners didn’t take this personally even though they’ve worked hard to market my property - they were happy for us. This is why, if we decide to sell in the future, we won’t hesitate in getting Turners on board. The team at Turners know that principles and good manners are where it’s at! I wish I could say the same for the rest of the world!
